Since the start of the the COVID era, Glynn County Schools have released their system infection report every Friday. This week’s is of particular interest, since it come on the conclusion of the first week back to in-person education.
After the first week back, all schools in the system are in code green territory, with the system overall at 0.75% of students and staff infected.
Some schools even registered zero cases, including Glyndale. Golden Isles, land CB Greer. Only one school was over 1%, St Simons Elementary at 1.09%.
The school with the most total students and faculty out is Glynn Academy with 10, which translates to 0.5%.
