Georgia State Patrol says the Thursday morning crash that left one dead an three injured was result of speeding and reckless driving. Thursday morning, a 45-year-old woman was speeding and driving recklessly on F.J Torras Causeway when she rear ended a pickup truck, killing its driver, a 62-year-old man named Joseph Wrice.

Wrice died at the scene of the accident around 8am. The woman who caused the accident was driving on and off the road, hitting signs, and vehicles in her 2011 Jaguar before crashing into Wrice's 1995 Chevrolet Silverado. The impact of the crash hurled the truck off the road and into a tree.
